Authorisation infrastructure between an AI agent and a payment rail. The agent proposes, a deterministic decision engine evaluates it against layered policy, the payer authorises on their own device, a signed hash-chained ledger records it, and three-way reconciliation checks the merchant and the bank against what was authorised. Built spec-first: 614 tests, ten adversarial stress profiles, zero invariant violations.
An AI marketing system that runs go to market end to end for a niche industrial manufacturer: one governing brain, two execution arms, live outbound and a published content engine. Every claim is guardrailed, every send is human gated, and every step body was verified against the API rather than the dashboard.
Owned the payments flow and reconciliation for a 3-app commerce platform, running a cross-functional team of 4 engineers and 2 designers across consumer, merchant, and operations apps from concept to beta.
TrackNotch lives in the MacBook notch wings and shows real-time token usage, cost, and rate limits for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Antigravity, ChatGPT Desktop, the Anthropic API, and OpenAI, all on-device, no backend, no telemetry. v1.1.2 released and open-source.
I'm Manoj Achari, a product manager with a design background. I prototype in Figma, ship in code, and deploy before the meeting where we'd normally "discuss next steps." I shipped a governed 3-agent AI marketing system for a B2B manufacturer, owned the payments flow at ZataakSe across a 3-app commerce platform, and created TrackNotch, a macOS notch app for tracking LLM usage.
